In the UK, someone dies from a heart or circulatory disease every three minutes. That’s about the time it takes to make a cup of tea or send an email.
Whether it’s losing a loved one to cardiac arrest or coping with the devastating impact of heart failure, far too many of us have felt the heartbreak that heart conditions cause. But with your help, we can give more hearts a fighting chance.
Get involved this Heart Month by learning CPR at home with The British Heart Foundation’s free online tool, RevivR. All you need is a mobile device and a cushion to practise on. It only takes 15 minutes to learn, and it could be a decision that one day saves the life of a loved one.
